House with capacity for 8 people, distributed over two floors, with garden and private pool. The pool has an approximate area of 32 m² and has a removable fence. The outdoor area has a terrace, outdoor dining area, built-in barbecue, parasol and sun loungers. The living-dining room has Smart TV, WiFi, a 140x190 cm sofa bed and air conditioning. The kitchen is independent and is fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware, including a coffee maker, dishwasher and oven. It also has direct access to the outside. The house has three bedrooms. The first has a double bed of 160x200 cm. The second has a double bed of 160x200 cm and a trundle bed of 80 cm, which can be transformed into a bed of 160x200 cm. The third bedroom is located on the upper floor and has a double bed of 160x200 cm, private bathroom and air conditioning. In total, the property has a bathroom with a shower, a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet. All beds include bed linen, duvets or blankets and pillows. The accommodation also has heating, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, a clothesline with tongs and private outdoor parking. It is located in L'Escala, a 5-minute walk (500 m) from Riells Beach, close to the port, boat rental and the yacht club, with diving and sailing activities. In the area you will find bars, restaurants and a supermarket. The Montgrí Natural Park is 600 m away and the historic centre of L'Escala is 2 km away. This accommodation is only open to families. Excellent séjour dans cette villa très agréable.

Très jolie villa bien située, avec garage privé très pratique. De grandes chambres et beaucoup d’espace parfait pour 8 à 10 personnes . Très jolie piscine, nous y retournerions sans problème. La bouteille de gaz dans la cuisine était vide à notre arrivée et le bac à graisse de la plancha était plein .! Sinon rien à signaler
