A cosy, bright studio for two in a quiet spot in L'Épine: large private terrace with no overlooking neighbours and a plancha, beach 300 m and village 600 m away on foot. Queen-size bed with a 30 cm mattress, fully equipped kitchen, private parking and self check-in. Babies and pets welcome.

Sleeping: queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) with a 30 cm mattress, 260 x 240 cm duvet and two pillows.

Kitchen: induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave/grill, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee machine and filter coffee maker. Oil, vinegar, spices and coffee provided.

Baby: travel cot, high chair, changing mat and everything needed for baby meals. Toy box, books and comics.

Outdoors: large private wooden terrace with picnic table, parasol, two sun loungers and electric plancha. Pétanque court, boules, Mölkky and beach games available. One private parking space.

Bed linen (optional): sheets and towels at €25 per bed, to be requested at least 24 hours before arrival. Self-service laundromat 2 km away.
