Villa Martina

Villa Martina, with over 200 m² of floor space, features 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It has air conditioning and a saltwater pool.
All three bedrooms have double beds—two on the upper floor and one on the first floor. Each bedroom has a fan for the hottest nights. The two full bathrooms, both equipped with showers, are located on the first floor. The kitchen has been recently renovated and includes all the amenities you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation. There are three dining areas: one in the living room, one on the indoor terrace, and another outdoors, next to the barbecue.
Outside, you’ll find a large garden with lawn areas and trees that provide shade on hot days, a large saltwater pool, and a built-in barbecue area with an outdoor dining table.
There is also one parking space on the lot and free street parking.
As an added bonus, there is a small outdoor kitchen and a shower.
Villa Martina is located on the main avenue of the Las Tres Calas residential community. It’s a one-minute walk from one of the most popular restaurants in the neighborhood and the public park, which features a soccer and basketball court, a playground, and petanque courts.
It’s a 10-minute walk and a 3-minute drive from the neighborhood’s shopping center and the large EuroSpar supermarket.
It’s a 5-minute drive from the area’s main sandy beaches, such as Calaforn, Sant Jordi, and Cala Vidre. It’s a 7-minute drive from the beautiful town of Llametlla de Mar.
A 30-minute drive from the famous PortAventura World amusement park and the beautiful Ebro Delta.
The nearest airport is Reus, which is 40 minutes away, or 1 hour and 30 minutes from Barcelona’s El Prat Airport.
