House with private pool and barbecue 3km beach:
The house of 200m2 is located in Las Tres Cales area of l'Ametlla de Mar only 3km from the beach, 40km from Port Aventura and 45km from Reus Airport. It is distributed on two floors with the kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the lower floor and 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and terrace on the upper floor. It has a large outdoor area with a private pool 8x4x2m, sunbeds for sunbathing, terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. There is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, private parking area and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free property and pets are allowed with an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. Groups of young people under 25 years of age are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
