Welcome to this bright and spacious house on Björholmsvägen in Klövedal, accommodating up to 8 guests in three bedrooms (please note: The bedroom shown in the photos with two single beds will be refurnished and replaced with two bunk beds). The house has two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, making it ideal even for larger families.



The charming kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. Here you’ll find space for shared meals and pleasant social gatherings. Next to it is a lovely library/dining room perfect for long dinners with friends. Outdoors, you can enjoy a spacious terrace of about 40 m² – perfect for barbecues and lazy summer days. The large garden offers plenty of room for play, relaxation, and social activities.



The house is equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, fiber internet, smart TV and parking. Here you stay in a peaceful, nature-rich environment within walking distance to cliffs and swimming (2 km), as well as close to restaurants and local services.



Things to do in Klövedal and surroundings



Just 2.3 km away you’ll find Björholmen’s Marina with a restaurant, café and boating activities. Björholmen also offers an ice cream café, a wood-fired pier sauna, and rental of kayaks and pedal boats. Kyrkesund (4.4 km) is a charming fishing village where you can take the ferry to the car-free hiking island of Härön. In Ängeviken (2.6 km) you’ll experience the archipelago atmosphere with cliffs, a sandy beach, a small harbor and a kiosk. For golf enthusiasts, Tjörns Golf Club is located about 12 km away.



In Skärhamn (12.5 km) you’ll find a lively harbor area with restaurants, shops, galleries and the Nordic Watercolour Museum – perfect for both shopping and evening strolls. • Bed linen and towels can be rented: 190 SEK/person and 60 SEK/person.

• Electricity is included. Charging of electric cars is not allowed.

• Smoking is prohibited.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Final cleaning is not included in the price. Guests clean themselves; cleaning supplies are available in the house.

• Youth groups are not accepted and parties are not allowed.
