The staff were wonderful, and the room was clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night but wished we had booked a longer stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent and absolutely worth it. The location is very convenient, with a bus stop right outside and plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

We liked the hotel but noisy in the hallway with other guests talking at night. The restaurant was ok- needed to be where other restaurants are. I would stay at the other locations. Though we had access to a supermarket. Though the staff is great!

Close by train station. Close by restaurant, the Hotel room is so small for our family of 4 people. Around the area is good nearby everything. The only I don’t like is the room is so small, the Hotel is small area as well.

Glass toilet / shower room door gives you no privacy. Nothing to do in the immediate vicinity ( except Nijo castle) but well placed in the centre of other beauty spots for easy travel to and from. Had to pay an additional 400yen tax on arrival - not sure why, I’ve been travelling around Japan and no other hotel required this, plus I paid taxes on booking also.

Had a great stay here for 3 nights with 2 adults, 2 kids. The room was comfortable, immaculate, well equipped. My only complaint about the room would be the fridge temperature - it turned everything to ice by the morning. Great for bottles of water to take out for the day, not so much for left over snacks. We did not use the spa area although the option was available. The breakfast choices were amazing, and they managed the volume of people well. An 8 minute walk from the station, bus stop practically just outside the front door - great travel links. Really great hotel, would firmly recommend!
