We loved this hotel and their amenities, such as the communal foot bath and beverage station! The location was great, very close to a metro station and various good restaurants. Their breakfast buffet was also very delicious. It was a good balance of Japanese and western dishes.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in Japan very clean and great staff, the room had good amount of space. Also has a washer/dryer in case you need it. Very great and Kyoto so far my favorite place to visit so beautiful!

This was a great hotel and location. The staff was so nice! I loved the amenities like the soda/coffee machines, toiletries, and luggage storage. The foot bath was so relaxing and perfect for those who are uncomfortable with traditional onsen. But the best part...a washing machine! I will stay here again just for this feature. It was nice to do laundry in our room before moving on to the next leg of the trip. Highly recommend.

The free sake was a nice way to end the day, and the Refa hair products were really nice. We picked up some Refa products after using them in the hotel, as they’re not easily available in the US. There’s also a ton of nice restaurants nearby, as well as general things to do like museums. The in unit washing/ drying machine definitely sealed the deal.
