Second time I’ve stayed here. The hotel is in a great location, quiet neighborhood yet close to transportation and shopping areas. The rooms are clean. Breakfast was excellent. Having washer/dryer in the room was a big plus.

Staff were very professional. I liked the spacious 2 double beds. Also lobby was very nice with coffee bar and sparkling water station. It has a relaxing feel and also the pamplets available for Kyoto’s main attractions were helpful. Hotel was in a great location. Staff were lovely and very helpful especially organizing a day of golf for our group (highly recommend Kyoto Ohara golf course 10/10). The bathroom was a bit musty smelling. Another great help were the washer/dryer in our room. Soap was even provided.
