Parking Space is provided in front of the house if you wish to come by car.
Megumi Inn Nishijin, situated in a quiet area, is a convenient location for exploring Nijo Castle, Kyoto Imperial Palace, Kitano Tenmangu Shrine and Seimei Shrine. There are also many small shops around. If you walk along the street without a map, you will find interesting ones. Also, Kamishichiken, one of Kyoto's Hanamachi, is within walking distance.
"Choja-yu", a famous public bath, is just a short distance away. This bath is a registered tangible cultural property. It is worth a visit if you like traditional atmosphere and architecture.
The host lives in the same town, so please feel free to ask if you have any problems.
