There are many restuarant nearby and shopping mall is in walking distance. The most important thing is near the transport hub. You can take train and express bus easily

Super convenient location, so close to the bus stop straight from KIX airport and Kyoto station. The room itself is also very clean, super compact with everything you need. There are 5 laundry machine (surprised not too many people use them) so if you choose this hotel, I would only pack 3-4 days clothes… In the lobby, there are 4 checkout machines that you can also exchange bills and coins, everything is super convenient. Thank you!

Excellent hotel, the customer service is great and my room was very clean and quiet and beautiful. The location is very convenient also, literally just down the street from Kyoto Station. The area around the hotel was pretty chill, in spite of how close to the station it is. They have an onsen bath on the property. Like most onsens, tattoos are not allowed unless it’s something small you can cover up with a sticker.

Breakfast was amazing!! The line was long, so I recommend going early. Public bath was clean and nice. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. A bit of traffic noise at night though, but I used an earplug so it didn’t bother me. Overall, great quality!! I definitely recommend!!!
