There was a shuttle bus to the station which was great. However didn’t find this hotel as nice as others. The aircon in hallways didn’t work so was very hot.

Location - very close to the main train/metro station. Shuttle bus from hotel to the station was a big bonus.

It was on a great location. Near the train station and other amenities. If you are to stay here, stay in the premium floors and not the Kyoto style floors the beds are very hard and the room needs some upgrade. Other than that it was a good hotel.

This hotel is very conveniently located near Kyoto JR Station and also offers a great shuttle bus service. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of choices, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and reasonably spacious. The interior has a nice Japanese-style design, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. The location is also very convenient with many shops nearby. Even without the shuttle bus, it only takes about 10 minutes to walk to Kyoto Station, and there are several convenience stores along the way. Overall, this hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Kyoto’s attractions.

Wonderful staff and a lovely stay. Breakfast was fantastic. The only minor negative was that the gym was quite basic, but the pool was quite nice.
