Easy accessible to the Kyoto station. Very clean room. We sked 2nd pillows and they brought them right away when I requested by the app. Very quiet considering it starteds next to the train station. We most appreciate the location that made us avoid carrying our suitcases around the crowded city.

Such a comfortable stay. Very easy to navigate and had very friendly and helpful staff. I requested to have a nicer view room since I was celebrating my birthday and they did grant my request although at first they could not promise it since they had a national holiday. Hotel had a convenient location, many places to shop and eat nearby. Easy enough to get to other places as it was in station, but station is like a maze. In comparison to other hotel- the staff is not as helpful or friendly. Not much help with luggage forwarding, no one to greet you or ask if you need anything. However rooms were clean and amenities good.
