The lobby was so clean and smelled so good with an amazing incense smell. The hotel was in a great location and easily walkable to places we wanted to go. The public bath was also so nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay so much and would stay here again!

Hotel is located at a small alley leading out to the main busy street of kawamarachi and near to Nishiki market. A short bus ride to Gion Rooms are clean but rather warm. Can’t seem be adjust the air conditioning prob due to winter auto heat. Breakfast semi buffet spread is good. The hotel is next to a shrine/cemetry.

Hotel is located in a quiet street but close to shopping area and restaurants. It is within walking distance to all public transportations. Hotel room is small but very clean and has all necessary amenities. Hotel staff are courteous and very helpful!

Clean room. Very helpful staff. Great location. The hotel has an onsen which was great after a long day of walking around. We used a service to forward our luggage to Osaka which reception recommended and it was perfect. Luggage arrived earlier than expected in Osaka.
