Clean room and good location. Could ahve 5 stars except there were some weird things like the perfume scent in the lonby being so strong it made us nauseous. The lights were only by the bed so you could turn on the hall as you walked in. There wasnt really anywhwre to hang towels

we arrived a bit late in the evening, the staff on that evening, who gave us a great welcome, n helping us to send the luggages to room, the staffs were friendly. just 1 point, i have registered as a member of mercure as suggested. on the check out day, i got a call from front desk n asked us to leave in time (the voice was not polite), but i should have an hour extra after registration, co before noon.

The hotel and room were attractive and spaces designed well. The only drawback is lack of a chair and desk in the room. It was not possible to sit down to write, read, or type on computer. The basement lounge is very nice but it is not the same as being able to sit and work inside the hotel room.
