The room was very clean and the staff was amazing at helping me with any problems I had. It was also super convenient with the shuttle bus to Kyoto Station, which made getting around really easy. On top of that, the hotel had a very calm and comfortable vibe, which I really appreciated after long days out exploring. Everything felt well-maintained and taken care of.

Hotel is excellent. They have a shuttle that runs on schedule to get you to Kyoto station and from Kyoto station back to the hotel. Breakfast buffet is a 10/10. Restaurant has a souvenir shop, bar, restaurant, gym, spa service. A definite stay if you’re looking to be in Kyoto and travel sometimes to Osaka. Price is decent too. Very centrally located hotel that is spacious and clean. We enjoyed the gift shop very much. The restaurant was overpriced and merely ok (tea was 1300 yen for one cup with no refill) We would definitely recommend the hotel for comfort and cleanliness

The breakfast buffet was very good, lots of variety of dishes, staff is very efficient and helpful. The room I had was spacious and stocked well, lots of complimentary items. The bathroom is beautiful! Beds were soft too.

Everything workout great, just is not close from the train station, and the hotel shuttle has some hour limitations. The breakfast was really good and the gift shop was good and at a very reasonable prices. The temple just minutes away was one of the best I had visited in Japan, no crowds and beautiful; is an active temple which allow you to experience their rituals! I really loved it!
