I loved my stay in the hotel, it went beyond my expectations, the lobby and design is beautiful. and the staff is warm and kind. They offer 3 different types of restaurants, the breakfast is very good and I was only saddened to find out that the rooftop restaurant is closed in winter. They also have a shuttle to and from the train station, which is a wonderful service. The hotel is also in a good location with a bus stop nearby and the beautiful temple Nishi Hongan-ji, which I recomend visiting. Overall me and my family were extremely happy with our stay.

The hotel staff are very very nice and kind, room is exceptional clean, location is convenient, close to the big temple and cross street are quiet beautiful traditional residential streets which bring me back to tang dynasty.

Hotel was very clean with extremely welcoming staff. Slightly further out than other hotels but the walk is definitely manageable. A great stay and would definitely recommend
