I had an excellent 3-night stay at Kyoto Tokyu Hotel. The spacious rooms, three fantastic restaurants, and rooftop bar made the experience memorable. The free shuttle from Kyoto Station was a huge plus, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

This is not a 4-star hotel, more like 2-star, old rooms and toilets. No AC control, cafe, rooftop bar and dining were closed. No cafe or coffee. Far from all tourist areas. Staff robotic and unhelpful. Only saving grace was a free shuttle to Kyoto station

Very good location for the money. Location is not in Main district but for value it’s 100% a deal! Rooms are large and clean and staff is great. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing place to stay. The people working here are extremely friendly and helpful. The room is really comfortable, beds were perfect. I like a nice and firm mattress so it suited me perfectly. The whole atmosphere is relaxing and it’s exactly what u need when coming back from a full day of sightseeing and heaps of walking.
