The check in was quick and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very spacious, clean and had all the amenities required.There was a free washing machine in the room with detergent included. The hotel was located in a quiet area with ample eateries nearby, but only 5 mins from the subway. The station is where the 2 Kyoto lines cross over so super convenient.

This small hotel is a real gem. Clean, well maintained, and well equipped for both short and extended stays. The room had a small but functional kitchen, a washing machine, and a laundry drying setting in the bathroom that was surprisingly effective. The staff was helpful and welcoming. We chose not to get the breakfast, but could still enjoy baked goods and coffee that were available in the morning hours next to the reception desk. The hotel is located in a quiet street, but you are minutes walking distance from plenty of dining and shopping options, as well as historical, cultural and entertainment destinations. It was a great stay, and we will go back without hesitation.

The pillows are probably the best in the prefecture. Seriously. Not flat, small and disappointing, but floofy and a bit firm. And you don't get one, but two, and one is slightly less full than the other. The beds are firm, the bathroom is spacious and the free coffee and croissants after 0830 are a bonus. We had the deluxe family suite (401 and 301) across the 7 of us and it's probably the biggest hotel we've enjoyed. Would definitely recommend.

The kitchen was a bit small and it wasn't quite as spacious as I thought it would be. But it had everything you need (except a toaster because the built in one was broken but the front desk provided one as soon as we asked). The staff were very helpful and attentive which is typical for Japan. The property was clean and there was a washing machine although the drying had to be done by hanging the clothes in the shower and turning on a drying fan which was a bit less convenient than our previous hotel in Tokyo that had a combination washer/dryer in one machine. It was a very short walk to the subway station that had both major subway lines going through it. As in many Japanese hotels it was hard to figure out some of the controls for things like the lights, hot water and air conditioning. They provide instructions but it's still never that simple ... all part of the adventure of travelling to Japan. This was a pretty good accommodation overall.

京都に住んでいるみたい

トイレとバスルームが別々になってたので自宅の様に寛ぐ事ができました。 お部屋はキッチンもあり、清潔で使いやすかったです。 1階で和風のお庭を望めて風情がありました。次回は家族で利用したいと思います。

酒店好大好寬敞，好乾淨，開門連匙卡都唔洗，用密碼鎖，好方便。廁所仲有暖氣功能，洗完既衫可以即日就乾晒，不過唯一唔好就係3日先執一次房同埋垃圾要自己拎落樓下丟。整體黎講係非常之好，下次再黎京都一定會再考慮再次入住呢間酒店！

フロントはバイト？

仕事で利用しました。連泊の場合室内清掃はなく、フロントも大学生バイトの様な人しかおらず、こちらの要望を理解し対応する事が出来ず、この値段で宿泊するならば、もっとサービスが良く快適なホテルが他にもあると感じた。領収書も提示されず、宿フロントの気の利かなさに、泊したことを後悔しています。次回は他を利用します。
