Such a wonderful place for our family of six. There were plenty of space for all of us. It had a/c throughout so that was awesome since it was hot and humid outside. Love that they had a little kitchen for us to cook for those who were tired of eating out. Love that they provided all the little things like tea bags, coffees, lotion and etc at the front desk area so you can go downstairs and grab whatever you needed. Would definitely book again if we ever come back to Kyoto.

Lovely staff. Many amenities that were very thoughtful such as cooling spray, oragami papers, and toiletries for any and all occasions. Small laundry and the dryer doesn’t dry well, but I found it is typical throughout Japan. Would definitely stay here again. Around a 5-10 mins walk from train station

Absolutely amazing experience! The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. everything was fresh and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay — every detail was taken care of with genuine care. Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Fantastic family hotel in a great location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Koko Hotel. Great great stay (especially with kids) as the room was super spacious and had everything we needed. The location was amazing and pretty much everything we needed was within walking distance and there was an amazing coffee shop right out the front door. Only issue regarding cleanliness was the carpeting probably needed an extra vacuum and some of the cutlery wasn't cleaned well, but this was really minor and otherwise everything was perfect. The staff were super attentive and helpful. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

We loved this place, traveling with her two preteen kids, we chose the bunk bedroom with one king bedroom, it had a common couch room, there were dividers between the bedrooms and the main room. Also had a kitchenette and a refrigerator and one and a half baths. We really really love this place. It was a really good location too.
