The room was clean, the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The breakfast was better than some others. The scrambled eggs weren’t runny which they were at every other hotel. They had a great selection of pasteries that were delicious. The hotel has a happy hour of free drinks so if that’s your kind of thing where you can get, make and mix your own drink, this might be the place for you!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect—very central and within easy walking distance to Kyoto Station and many of the city's main attractions. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. My room was lovely, but the highlight was definitely the bathroom. It was modern, sparkling clean, and surprisingly spacious for a city hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto!

A perfectly ok place to spend a few nights but the room is quite small and much more than the three nights we were there would have been a bit much. The flexible happy hour was very good with a selection of drinks to consume. It's not very far from a small park, (don't waste your time or money on that) and handy for quite a few eateries. There's a bus to the station a short walk up the road. The staff were friendly and helpful, they took our luggage in early and left it in our room for our later arrival. A perfectly nice place.
