The hotel had all the basics needed to be an enjoyable stay. Staff was very helpful and the evening free drink in the lounge made for a nice relaxing end to busy, activity filled days. Location was very centralized and made it get around. Rooms were a bit cramped but the location more than made up for it.

An outstanding hotel with excellent facilities and a calm, refined atmosphere. Everything feels thoughtfully designed, and the overall standard (from the rooms to the shared spaces) is consistently high. The vinyl listening area is a particular highlight and adds a genuinely distinctive touch. What really elevates this hotel, however, is the staff. After an accident earlier in the day that left me with a back injury and a damaged suitcase, I needed help with a situation that was both stressful and unexpected. Kotomi handled this with remarkable kindness and professionalism. She showed real empathy and went out of her way to assist as much as possible, which made a difficult moment far easier to manage. Based on both the quality of the hotel itself and the care shown by Kotomi, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The room was very cold. The temperature could not be controlled from the room. I’m not someone who needs heat but this really was too cold to be comfortable. Oddly the rest of the hotel and even the corridors were heated.

We had an amazing stay. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of choices. This hotel is very centrally located near many shops and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again.

A very lovely hotel with a nice onsen, the rooms are small but comfortable, the lounge at night is the perfect place to relax and enjoy some music and quiet conversations. The staff is friendly, extremely patient and helpful as well. It is nicely situated near several shops, restaurants (be warned the shops on the main strip and some of the off streets close at 8pm) and close to a few train lines/rails. Overall a nice stay.
