The staff was super friendly. Our room was very clean, we liked the amenities and the free ice cream cubes for the children. The breakfast was very good. Multiple choices between warm dishes and breakfast items. Several fresh fruits and vegetables. The coffee was very good - Franke coffee systems. We had a wonderful 4 nights stay in Kyoto.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived.
