It has been a pleasant 6-night stay at the hotel. The staff including the front desk and the restaurant managers are all very friendly and helpful. The room is of good vibe and we all sleep nice and sound as it’s very quiet. The breakfast is of good variety and good quality. The location is superb. There are convenience stores nearby and some nice restaurants too.

This hotel is pretty new and very clean. The staff all spoke English and were very helpful. The rooms were spacious for Japanese standards. It is also within 20-30 minutes walking from everywhere you’d want to go in Kyoto. I’d recommend this hotel to others.

Property to in a great location, easy to walk 20 min to almost everywhere. And located right by subway. Staff were very nice and helpful. Room is very good, ask for an extra luggage rack if 2 large suitcases. Onsen if excellent late afternoon after walking and gym is great. Look forward to staying again.
