We are a family of four with two young boys. The hotel was conveniently located within a 10 minute walk from the Kyoto main station. The lobby was very clean and the staff was very helpful in storing our luggage. They even have special luggage locks. Our room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. We’re definitely consider staying here for my next visit to Kyoto. Definitely get the morning breakfast buffet if so convenient and has both western and Japanese options available
