This is a great location for exploring Kyoto, walkable to great restaurants and shops and many of the tourist sites including temples and shrines. The room was simple, clean, comfortable. The self-service laundry was great. It felt safe and convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

After reading other reviews about this APA was a bit hesitant but decided to go with it for the proximity to many attractions. This hotel was perfect for our needs. Excellent property to stay at for a very affordable price. Staff was kind and helpful when needed. Rooms were very nice, in comparison to some we have stayed in. There is so much to do just footsteps outside of the hotel. Highly recommend the hotel and location!
