ITs Kuwait City - it is HOT! Easy access to running trancks and gardens. The running track has water coolers and mist sprays overhead. The Four Seasons is 2km away and the food there is fantastic. The meals at the SwissBelInn were excellent and local. Staff were great and I will definitely be staying there again in the future.

Good place to stay while in Kuwait

We have nothing to complain about during our stay. Very helpful and serviceminded people in the reception and Cesar, working everywhere it seemed like, had always a smile on his face and fixed whatever we asked him about. Breakfast was also fine and you just had to ask for omelets or other things and you got it. Never empty plates, so you didn't have to ask them to fill up. We appreciate that. This is not a super luxery hotel, if you are looking for that. More "home cosy".

Ist okay, hat aber definitiv Luft nach oben!

Die Angestellten sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich finde das Hotel ist auch gut gelegen. Der Al Shaheed Park ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss entfernt und auch die Wassertürme am Meer kann man ohne Probleme zu Fuss erreichen. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich, in gutem Zustand und sehr sauber. Das Bett ist gross und bequem. Der Lärmschutz der Eingangstüre in den Gang ist aber miserabel, man hört alles! Es war sehr kühl im Zimmer und mit der Klimaanlage konnte man nicht heizen. Als ich es der Lobby meldete, bekam ich aber sehr schnell eine elektrische Heizungen ins Zimmer gestellt. Der Geräuschpegel der Lüftung ist relativ hoch auch wenn sie abgeschaltet ist - das fand ich schon sehr mühsam. Ich musste Ohrstöpsel zum schlafen benutzen (bin aber auch etwas empfindlich auf Lärm). Im Restaurant sind die meisten Sachen auf der Karte gar nicht verfügbar, das wo es aber gibt ist sehr gut. Ich muss zugeben, wären die Angestellten nicht so sympathisch würde es maximal 6 von 10 Sternen geben.
