A loft (12 m²): convertible sofa (width 140 cm) + 120 cm wide spring mattress bed.
Bathroom renovated in 2024, including a rain shower. Electric sauna.
Shoe cabinet in the hallway with plenty of space for skiing boots, for example.
Energy-efficient air-source heat pump renovated in 2024.
