We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel - it has a good feel to it, is clean and the breakfast was more than adequate. We did not swim but noticed it was kept very clean! The bed was comfortable - it was on the firm side so maybe a mattress topper to soften it up a bit would be an amazing plus to the hotel

Staff were very friendly! The venue is a bit out dated, no drawers in the room, so. No where for you to keep your clothes except for a tiny amount of hanging space. But no real modern room amenities. The bed was a bit hard, but spacious. Room cleaning service would be knocking early hours of the morning while I was still in bed to clean my room! That wasn’t great! They woke me up a couple of times. When I put out a do not disturb sign they would call me to make sure I didn’t need a clean? I was told they charge for water in the room! I didn’t use their water I purchased my own. Food Room Service was amazing the food was fantastic and I really enjoyed that! The location is awesome..

I love the service. TV availability Food is great and well priced. X2 welcome drinks. Pool is really nice and I've used it while waiting for check-in. Staff are wonderfully friendly and professtional. Breakfast is fabulous with lots of options, I love the traditional pandan pancakes filled with coconut and brown sugar, and little tapioca balls with freshly grated coconut as a little surprize. Chef with stand and make omelettes or scrambled egg. Lattes fabulous and creamy.
