We have stayed here quite a few times and always find it great. Its centrally located to shoppers, Waterbom Park and lots of great restaurants. The transport is quick & easy from the airport.

We had an excellent 2 week stay at the Febri’s Hotel and Spa in Kuta - our family room was quite spacious, staff were all lovely and accomodating and hotel restaurant prices were quite reasonable and made for some nice pool side or quick lunches. Location is great for shopping and beach, within walking distance to Lippo Mall, Discovery and Beachwalk with lots of food options nearby also (we loved Warung Shinta and Norm Cafe the best). CONS: Beds were quite firm, shower was over a tub which made it hard to get into and we didn’t find out about the second quiet pool until we were checking out on the last day - no map or real tour of the place (we did arrive close to midnight though). Spa onsite is also quite expensive and had probably the worst massage overall, much preferred the local Carla Spa or La Risso just down the road).

Room was good. Staff was nice. Power outage for our section of hotel was both inconvenient and suspicious to what their power grid can handle. Power was restored as soon as possible after (3-4 hours). I still had a great experience with the staff & service
