The welcome at the front desk was exceptional- Ariel made us feel like we were at our own home. All expectations were exceeded. Room service was always on time and worked according to our schedule. Stayed 23 days in a villa with a private pool. Absolutely amazing. All the staff are so lovely and helpful which made my holiday.
