Our room was very clean and modern. Little amenities like bath salts, sake and espresso in the lobby, and pillow menu were a nice bonus. It is close to the fisherman’s wharf and there are lots of restaurants within a few blocks. Great value for the stay.

Smile Hotel is a good standard with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The laneways behind are interesting and fun for Izakaya but Kushiro central city is no longer busy and very run down.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Smile Hotel. Everyone was nice and welcoming. If there was any issue or questions they would answer it. The buffet was breakfast only which was helpful and amazing.

今回泊まった部屋は少し狭かったですが、客室内は清潔感がありました。 スタッフの対応も良く、貸し出しのシャンプーやクレンジングも借りた後さすぐ返却せずに客室内に置いたままで良いということで楽でした。 個人的に1番良かったのは朝食でした。大人向けの和食中心ですが、パンやヤクルトなどもあり、種類豊富で美味しかったです。

직원분들 굉장히 친절하고 수건은 매일 교체 해줘요. 카펫바닥이라 룸에 먼지가 많은 편인데 창문이 열려서 환기 자주 시켰어요. 총 6박 했는데, 근처 맛집이 많아서 좋아요. 재방문 의사 있어요^^
