I very much enjoyed my stay at Smile Hotel. Everyone was nice and welcoming. If there was any issue or questions they would answer it. The buffet was breakfast only which was helpful and amazing.

The area where hotel located is in izakaya area. Very convenience but slightly noisy. Especially no air conditioners season, if just open the window, louder drinkers voice you can hear until midnight.

Our room was very clean and modern. Little amenities like bath salts, sake and espresso in the lobby, and pillow menu were a nice bonus. It is close to the fisherman’s wharf and there are lots of restaurants within a few blocks. Great value for the stay.

Smile Hotel is a good standard with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The laneways behind are interesting and fun for Izakaya but Kushiro central city is no longer busy and very run down.

フロントにあるドリンクが飲み放題なのは非常に嬉しいサービスです。 客室は清潔で利用しやすく満足でした。 9月下旬に利用したのですが、この日は夜少し冷え込んだので暖房を入れたかったのですが、個室のエアコン設備がないため、部屋の温度を快適にできなかったので、上着や毛布の貸し出しなどがあれば更に良かったと思います。
