It's ok for the price. Cleanliness level isn't the highest and has a slight smell of cigarettes all over the property. Staff is nice, breakfast is ok, wifi is ok. Beds are comfortable and rooms spacious. Convenient for the port.

Really dirty hotel. Birdshit on the balconies. Room was really dirty. We got another room. Clean but balcony door broken so no fresh air. This hotel was maybe good allot of years ago. No restaurant service. No possible to eat at the hotel. Breakfast was really bad. Don’t go there.

For an allegedly 4-star hotel (on Google), this was a disappointing stay. No coffee in the rooms, no cups, limited amenities. The exchange rate offered for the room was also poor. Not a scam, but not the nicest hotel. The view of the sea was nice, though.

Disgusted with the hotel. Arrived at check in only to be told the room wouldn’t be available yet. Finally got access to my room at 6pm after sitting 4 hrs in the lobby. They haven’t returned my bond either. I wouldn’t go back there again.

Otelin tek olumlu yanı konumu, limanın tam karşısında, Samos'a gidecekler kesinlikle burada kalabilir. Onun dışında personel çok amatör, yardımcı olmaya çalışsalar da yetmiyor malesef. İlk bize verilen odanın elektronik kapı anahtarı 3 kere gidip değiştirmemize rağmen açmadı, sonunda odayı değiştirdik. İlk oda arkada ve ışıksızdı, yeni geçtiğimiz oda daha önde, ferah ve fener manzaralıydı. Kapı sorunu olmasa bu odayı kullanamayacaktık. İlle bir sorun mu yaşamak gerek daha iyi şartlara ulaşmak için? Oteldeki iki misafir asansöründen biri çalışmıyordu. Destek için personel asansörünü kullanmamıza izin verdiler. Kısacası çabalıyorlar ve iyi niyetliler ama turizm profesyonel yönetim ve eleman gerektiriyor. Ama sonuçta bir gece konakladık, uzun kalmadık, benzer ihtiyaçlar için denenebilir.

Odalar leş gibiydi. Tuvalate girdik, önceki adamın idrarı klozette idi. Otel en az 60 oda, 10 tane park yeri var, ucretsiz otopark yazıyor. Diğer geri kalan hersey 10 uzerinde 2 ama bunlar en eksi yönleri. Kimse gelmemeli, kendilerini gelistirmeleri gerekiyor, yıl olmus 2026 hâlâ böyle otellerin, Kuşadası gibi bir yerde olması utanç verici.

Şehir içi ve denize karşı olması harika fakat otoparkları çok küçük arabaya park yeri aramak yordu. İlk odada klima çalışmıyordu hemen değiştirdiler odamızı. Kahvaltı iyiydi çeşit çoktu özellikle kahvenize bayıldım. Ses gürültü vs yoktu. Yine gidilir.

Otele giriş saati 14.00 olarak belirtilmesine rağmen 16.00 da anca giriş yapabildik. Havuzda 7 tane senzlong var dolu olduğu için orayı da kullanamadik. Kahvaltı güzeldi. Otopark yetersiz park yeri olmaz diye motor kiralamak zorunda kaldık.

Böylesine iyi bir konumda olmasına rağmen bir otel nasıl kötü işletilir örneği olmuş. İlk girişte odada yastık kılıfları kirli idi değiştirir misiniz dediğimizde temizlerini verdiler odaya geri döndüğümde oda içinde çalışan tek priz vardı bunu ilettiğimde priz için oda değiştiremiyiz dediler peki diyip tekrar çıktım wc yi kullanacakken üzerinde siyah kıllar gördüm hadi buna da takılmiyim diyip temizlerken sifon çalışmadı tekrar 3. Kez aşağı indim ne var ki hijyen sorunumuz yok bizim olabilir bir saat bekleyin tamir için dediler bekleyemem odayı değiştir dediğimde önce oda yok dedi ama sonra daha alt segment balkonsuz ve 3 ayrı yataklı odaya alındık su ısıtıcısı bardak vs yoktu

Yer çok merkezi onun dışında otel son derece bakımsız odalar bakımsız ve pisti. bize ilk verilen oda kliması bozuk olduğu için bir haftadır kapalıydı kokuyordu temiz değildi biz uyarana kadar klimanın bozuk olduğunu otel çalışanları da bilmiyordu. Başka odaya geçtık o oda da havlular yetersiz ve pisti temizlik yetersizdi.Otelin acilen bakımının yapılması ve hijyen kurallarına uyulması gerekiyor

Hôtel très pratique quand on doit prendre le bateau, c'est en face, 2 mn à pied. Si vous partez tôt, ils vous donneront un petit déjeuner à emporter. Ma chambre, catégorie la moins chère, donnait sur un mur, mais propre et calme, parfait pour un transit.
