Settled at the heart of the Mediterranean, nearby the city Budva, this villa is surrounded by Mediterranean sea and hills. From my property you will have view over the Adriatic Sea that will leave you amazed every time sun rises or sets behind the open sea, a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening snack with a glass of wine. At any time, you can refresh yourself by going for a swim in the pool.

The size of our villa is 650m2. It consists of:
- Big living plus dining room where you can enjoy your cool drink and relax during the day.
- Big fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare food and refreshments.
- Big hall with stairs that lead to 3 master bedrooms. All three bedrooms have king-size beds and a private bathroom.
- 50M2 room consists of big table where 16 people can sit and luxury sofa with view over pool and bay/
- One bedroom with queen size bed and single bed situated next to the central part of the villa.
