After email confirmation of the reservation we called as required the hotel for key code information. At this time we also confirmed with Mss. Karina of the reception that we request extra cushions and to confirm that we will have the ordered COMFORT ROOM with mountain few!
At arrival the room was not a comfort room and few to inner courtyard which let you see only the other side windows, and no extra cushions provided.
To inform the management we called the hotel number, but after a short discussion the person of the hotel mentioned to “SHUT UP” and hangup the phone.
After trying to contact two times again and waiting 30 minutes for a proposed call, we called the emergency hotel mobile number where the person changed the room which had a terrace into the courtyard but still was not the ordered COMFORT ROOM, and my husband was requested to take 2 cushions from the previous room.
Comment:
we expect in a 4star hotel that the above mentioned issues never would happen !
And additionally the room standards is not the expected standard of a 4 stars hotel as it had some damages on bath tube and door frames, the minibar had only 2bottles of water inserted, no coffee or tee maker on the room, and not even a beverages vendor machine provided in the entrance area as the reception is closed from 10pm until 7am!
Luckily in the morning a very good breakfast buffet, where the chef cooked a very tasty omelette.
