Villa Seeadler and Haus Waldblick are situated in a quiet, central location between Lindenpark and the Kühlungsborn city forest. In just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll reach the popular Strandstraße promenade or the beach. The Molli-Bahnhof-Ost station and the marina are also within easy reach. Thanks to the proximity to downtown, you’ll find a wide variety of shopping options, as well as cafés and restaurants; if needed, there’s a doctor’s office and a pharmacy at the end of the street.
