Strandstraße, yet quietly located in the rear wing of the new Villa Sanssouci building.

Though not large, the apartment is very comfortably and luxuriously furnished, ensuring you’ll feel right at home.
From the comfort of your bed, you can watch TV, pop in a DVD, or listen to music. Roller shades
can darken the windows if needed. Bookworms are sure to find something to their liking on the large bookshelf.
Those particularly interested in art and culture will find informative resources about the region. CDs and DVDs
provide great entertainment.

A cozy kitchenette has everything you need to prepare a meal.
High-quality china makes the food taste even better. The terrace faces west, in a quiet spot and
partially shaded by large, old trees. It doesn’t get too hot here in the summer,
but in the evenings you can sit comfortably and sheltered on the terrace when you’ve come home after a long day at the beach

The bathroom was completely renovated in 2020 with a walk-in shower and a large,
fold-out mirror. You don’t need to bring a hair dryer or iron. Bright and
