Particularly noteworthy is its central location near the beach in Kühlungsborn-West, as well as two terraces with private garden access (one facing east with a side view of the sea, and one facing west). This way, you can enjoy the morning sun while having breakfast and comfortably wind down your vacation day at sunset.

The Location
This modern and harmoniously furnished apartment is located on the first floor of the charming vacation complex. The Baltic Sea and the white sandy beach are just 100 m away. Because the apartment complex is situated on a side street, it’s particularly quiet here. Enjoy the refreshing seaside climate on long walks or while relaxing in the sheltered beach chair. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés, as well as charming recreational activities and places to visit.

Amenities This tastefully decorated, non-smoking apartment features a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic cooktop, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment. In the combined living and dining area, you’ll find a mini hi-fi system with Bluetooth, USB, and audio inputs, as well as a flat-screen TV. Both the dining table and the cozy seating area provide plenty of space to enjoy pleasant moments over breakfast or after an eventful day at the beach with the whole family or friends. Two separate and lovingly furnished bedrooms, equipped with a large double bed or two single beds, can accommodate 4 people. The bedroom with the double bed (1.60 x 2.00) features a reading chair and has direct access to the large west-facing terrace. A crib can be provided for a fee, and you’re welcome to request a high chair upon request. You can greet the morning sun on the east-facing terrace as early as breakfast; the large, sunny west-facing terrace beckons until evening. The spacious bathroom, featuring natural light, a granite sink with a large mirror, a shower, and a toilet, is equipped with a cosmetic mirror and a hair dryer. A small storage room contains a laundry rack and an ironing board.
