The apartment has two balconies for relaxing, sunbathing or alfresco dining. The "Villa Minerva" was built in 1910 and extensively refurbished and extended from September 2014 to July 2015. The house offers you in addition to the beautiful, fully equipped apartment also a sauna and relaxation area with access to the large garden with old fruit trees and lawn and beach chairs. The equipment of the 47 m² apartment includes u. a. a complete kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, Nespresso machine, hand mixer etc .; CD radio & bluetooth speaker, TV in living room and bedroom (double bed 180x200 m), Wi-Fi hotspot, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, safe, etc. All furniture was made exclusively and individually by a carpenter, as well as the historical model created windows and doors. All our exclusive apartments have fully equipped kitchens and spacious living and dining rooms with all the comforts with large balconies / terraces. The high-quality equipment furniture and the kitchen were custom manufactured from a single source. Lovingly selected home accessories provide a pleasant feeling. To relax invites the quality sauna and spa area, which is located in the new annex of the villa. After the sauna session, you can relax in the spacious relaxation room.
