Among other features, the apartment is equipped with solid oak plank flooring.
All of the oak furniture was designed by the owner and built by a carpenter.

In addition to a large, cozy corner couch—which can be converted into a sleeping area in just a few simple steps—and a 43-inch 4K flat-screen TV, there is a spacious dining area with a dining table that seats up to 4 people, located right next to the modern, separate kitchen with a breakfast table for two. Equipped with an oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, induction cooktop, electric kettle, fully automatic coffee machine, drip coffee maker, and toaster, it offers everything you need to prepare your own meals during your vacation.

The separate, spacious bedroom is furnished with a cozy, custom-built double bed (180x210 cm) crafted by a carpenter.A cell phone charging station is available.
Separate premium spring mattresses (21 cm) and an adjustable slatted frame, along with blackout curtains, ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The large closet offers plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe.

In the small bedroom, you’ll also find a double bed crafted by a carpenter, featuring separate premium spring mattresses (21 cm) and an adjustable slatted frame. Blackout curtains are provided here as well. Another closet has been provided for your vacation wardrobe.
This bed measures 160 x 210 cm. A second 4K/43-inch fold-out TV is available here.

In the bright, natural-light-filled bathroom, underfloor heating ensures pleasant comfort. Underfloor heating is even installed in the large walk-in shower (90 cm x 130 cm).
Here, you can choose between a rain shower or a handheld showerhead. A towel warmer, a hair dryer, a large lighted mirror, and the oak bench (for the little ones to brush their teeth) round out the bathroom.
The 5-square-meter southwest-facing balcony offers more than just space for breakfast. It’s also a great place to wind down at the end of the day.

A free parking space with no height restriction is included with the vacation rental and is located next to the house.
Wi-Fi is also available free of charge. (subject to change)

A lockable bike storage room accessible from the outside is available for your bikes.
