The bath water was not properly drain out and created water collected in certain area resulted the bathroom always wet. During full occupancy, we have to queue for almost 20 minute's for breakfast.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Staff were fantastic, very quick and efficient service. Room was spacious with a lovely view. Food was delicious, the beef rendang was the best I've had. Pools lovely and right on the beach. My only complaint was that the room above us kept dragging furniture around till 2am and then started again at 6am. I would suggest putting felt pads on the bottom of the furniture to avoid disturbing rooms below. Apart from that the stay was fantastic and we would definitely stay again.

OK hotel and facility

Generally is good, howevee quite expensive for a normal hotel room and facility. It will be beeter if reception staff ALWAYS ask guest if they have parking coupon to be validated so that guest dont need to return from car to do that.
