We had a bad evening with this Hotel. First Tow and half days we didn’t have showers because of plumbing problems and when we complained they offered a free meal which was a bad N disgusting offer. Any way we are not going to that hotel and nine nights they charged us over thousand dollars. That’s a shame.

Service is great! About 25min from KL Airport.

Situated between KL central and KL International airport, the hotel has a beautiful view of the famous pink mosque, as well as a wonderful river view. Staff service is great, and room is spacious. Only thing to noted that there's not much around the area, so you may have to grab to the nearby malls.

This hotel is a potential 5, but it is need of some maintenance and upgrades. It is a beautiful property with great views and a quiet area. As all the carpeted areas in the room and hallways are well worn and dirty, I would recommend that the property owners consider switching to tile floors as the climate is suitable. The breakfast has many choices for everyone but the staff could be a bit more friendly and welcoming.

Wonderfull stay and a lovely atmosphere.

I booked in three times, personal trouble, and it was always a good experience. The breakfast is something else I really liked it . All the staff was friendly and helpful, I hope I can go back sometime.
