We had an amazing staycation at W Kuala Lumpur, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The room design was absolutely stunning. Modern , stylish, and thoughtfully detailed. I especially loved the high-quality toiletries; you can really feel the luxury in every touchpoint. The breakfast spread deserves a special mention, generous, well curated, and delicious. The Wet Deck is another must-visit spot, perfect for leisure or gatherings. Enjoying the spectacular KLCC view from there was unforgettable. As Malaysians 🇲🇾, it made us feel incredibly proud to experience such an iconic view in such a vibrant setting. A special thank you to front desk officer Ms. RD, who was professional, warm, and served us exceptionally well. Overall, a truly worthwhile staycation experience. Breakfast is good. 12th floor wet deck bar is awesome. Room is nice. Dinner on half board is terrible - had to go to another restaurant for dinner every day. Not mentioned prior booking ‘tourist tax’ extra charge was pretty much unexpected, they charged at check out even though we were on a business trip. Petronas towers view was a bonus. Otherwise is pretty nice.

What a great hotel. Modern and stylish. The staff show a genuine interest in you and it’s not put on. It’s literally 2 mins from the petronas towers. The bars are really good (wet deck and flock) with both managers being excellent in service. The cleaning in my room was also phenomenally well done. I’d highly recommend
