チェックインのためのQ Rコードを事前に発行してくれればスムーズにチェックインできた。 WhatsAppにメールを送信してQ Rコードを事前に発行してもらう。ということを必ずわかるように記載して欲しかった。 現地でチェックインできず、カスタマーサービスに連絡して発行手続きに1時間半くらいかかった。
