After one of the worst hotel 5-star hotel experiences in Bangkok Thailand, I arrived at the RuMa in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, complete restoring my faith . What an extraordinary hotel this is. Personalised, detailed and hospitality to the max. Beautifully designed and the best breakfast I have had anywhere! What a pleasure and I wish I could have stayed longer.
