After one of the worst hotel 5-star hotel experiences in Bangkok Thailand, I arrived at the RuMa in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, complete restoring my faith . What an extraordinary hotel this is. We had a large room on the 17th floor which was extremely comfortable and very quiet. It was cleaned efficiently every morning and a turndown service was provided every evening. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and professional. An excellent breakfast was on offer from 6:30am at the mezzanine restaurant. The choice of food was extensive and the quality was excellent. Location was excellent, 10 minutes walk to the Petronas Towers and handy for all our sight seeing. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
