They had given away our room and put us in a dirty room next to the elevator, which made tons of noise and we couldn’t sleep. The beds were also quite uncomfortable and the sheets were dirty.

hotellissa saa polttaa huoneissa

Sivustolla sanotaan, että hotelli on savuton. Huome kohtaisissa tiedoissa myös mainittu savuttomuus. Uskalsin varata edullisen huoneen. Pettymys oli suuri, kun huone haisi tupakalle ja joka huoneessa oli tuhkakupit. Meille tarjottiin kahta muuta huonetta, jotka olivat likaisia ja pölyisiä. Maksoin lisää ja saimme paremman huoneen. Siivooja oli epäkohtelias mutta vastaanottovirkailija teki parhaansa ja oli ammatillinen.

Good enough hotel for the price. Of course for the price you don't expect a 5* hotel, but I was happy enough with my stay here, and would stay here again should I wish to choose a budget option. Hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful.

前回も＊＊のホテルに宿泊しましたが、スタッフもサービスもとても良くて迷ったのですが、今回はKLセントラル駅に近いから便利かなと予約しました。確かに近くて便利でしたが、2度と泊まりたくないホテルです。 スタッフの対応も最悪だし、清掃依頼の札を掛けて出掛けたにも拘らず、3泊の間、部屋の清掃もなければタオルの交換ももちろんないし、トイレットペーパーは初日になくなり最後までないままでした。 わざわざフロントに行ってお願いして、やります。との返事まで貰って、やっていただけないまま終了…本当に最悪のホテルでした。
