The bedsheet and pillows look dirty and stained. Made reservations for 4 nights but stayed only 1 night. I'm glad customer service was prompt in helping me cancel 3 nights without penalty. Cannot stay in this conditions. Thank you 😊

舒适廉价的小型酒店

当天晚上十一时才预定此酒店三天两夜的小型房间。结果到达时，服务生却告知傍晚六时后总公司已下班，六时后预定的房间没有在他们分行的记录内。起初，无论我们如何显示预定酒店的收据或证据（华文版本，后来换成英文版本），服务生都不让我们进入居住的。但是后来服务生也让步了，先让我们进去住，明天才打电话给总公司询问。要在此谢谢那位马来服务生喔！因为当晚我的态度语气不是很好，但是你依然能保持专业的耐心和笑容。真是谢谢你！
