ロケーションはBerjaya Square直結でとても便利。 一方、部屋は掃除が行き届いておらず、テーブルには埃があり、ベッドシーツ等は汚れや匂いが目立った。 あまりにも想像と違ったため、別のホテルに移り理由を説明して返金を求めたが、返金はプラットフォーム経由でのやり取りになると説明された。そしてプラットフォーム経由で申請したが、プラットフォーム側には返金しないと伝えたようで拒否された。 返金を求めた際にハウスキーパーを注意する、減給する等の発言があったがその場しのぎの対応でした。 清潔感を求めず、便利なロケーションのみ追求する方にはオススメです。

長期滞在用の様で、ホテルとはシステムが違っていた。 広くて、ベッドも大きい、眺めも最高　ツインタワーが真正面に見える部屋でのんびりできた、インビと言うモノレールの駅が道路の反対側にあり、KL sentral駅へも3MR程度で、4駅程度。リキッビンタンの中心であり、交通は至極便利であった。 ホテルでないので、安く自炊して生活する長期滞在などには良いと思えた。
