Room is too small, and TV didn’t work for the stays. Whole building is very crowded at all times and be prepared to wait & stop for various floors while in the lift. The only merit is location at where shopping and dinning are accessible.

Overall was good, except the fridge isnt cold for throughout my stay even after informing the hotel staff on my 2nd stay. The shower head unable to stay at the height i wanted because the shower head holder keeps falling off whenever i tried to keep it stay. It seems the rubber of the holder looses it grip. But overall stay aircon is cold which is good and cleaniness was good, housekeeping okay.

Very new hotel with sufficient amenities, yet wifi signal in our room is barely usable with door opened. Staff seem to be overworked, that shows no concern when we reported our fridge wasn’t working. They could have gotten a 4+ rating if they shows some more sincerity during the few times of interaction. Otherwise location is very convenient.

Location was good and central. Rooms could have been cleaner. Housekeeping just made bed up and gave towels amd water. There was no dusting done or floor in bathroom cleaned. Tv was meant to be smart. Didnt work. Sauna and steam wasnt working either. Fridge in room wasnt working.

Comfortable & Clean Room!
