Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
I was extremely disappointed with the check-in experience at this hotel. The unit was outsourced to a third-party operator, and when the representative arrived, he had no information about my booking. He appeared to be a random individual asking for my personal details and booking code, which felt very unsafe. He also requested to take a photo of my passport, which raised even more concerns about privacy and data security. The entire process felt unprofessional and disorganized—more like checking into a cheap motel rather than a proper hotel. On top of that, the room condition was unacceptable. The utensils were rusty, and the overall environment made the stay feel even worse. This experience fell far below expectations. I will not recommend this property to anyone.
