This is my second consecutive year staying at the ParkRoyal Services Suites on Jalan Nagasari. Staff are always respectful, friendly and helpful. Its’ location is central to everything.

Easy walking distance to the pavilion mall and the rest of the shopping and restaurants. The one bedroom suite (1610) needs updated televisions from 21st century. They were very old and grainy. The toilet took forever to refill. Other than those two issues the room was very spacious and comfortable for our stay and we will definitely return for our future trip in KL.

The location is walkable and within distance to great spots in the district and there are plenty of restaurants around the facility. The staff are very friendly. The room is very clean and smells great. The furnishings in the room is very nice. Our last night of stay there was a problem with the circuit breaker in our room. The manager right away upgraded our room to a de luxe unit, no need for my wife and I to even ask. Props to the manager and staff for that. Overall the experience was great. Would highly recommend staying in this hotel.

This was a nice service apartment and suited our needs. Staff were friendly and the location was very central and walkable to local tourist attractions. However property looked tired and needs an upgrade - the room smelt musty and the fortunate was worn.

While the property itself was satisfactory, the surrounding area appeared quite unkempt. Additionally, walking towards Bukit Bintang from the property was rather inconvenient due to the uphill/downhill slope, which could be challenging, especially for families or older guests. Improving accessibility and cleanliness around the location would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

We opted for this property for 1 night due to the price and access to transport to view the Petronas Towers before leaving the city. Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. Massive space and even the one bathroom had two separate showers! The rooftop pool is wonderful and has a terrific view in the early evening of the city skyline. Plenty of bars and restaurants immediately out the front door. We went to Tono Izakaya for a late dinner after visiting the towers by trains. Outstanding!!! Breakfast was more than continental. It was quite extensive. Just know that apartment hotels welcome MANY families and free breakfast can be a little overwhelming 😆 Wonderful stay!
