The room was big and clean, with a separate dining area and kitchenette . All the staff were helpful and friendly. We had quite a few bags and a porter helped bring the luggage to our room. The hotel was located at city centre and it took us less than 15 minutes to walk to the Petronas Towers. There was a washing machine in the apartment and they provided free detergent. We didn't make use of it since we were only there for an overnight stay but it definitely was a nice touch.
