This was my 5th time staying there. Good that the area around the pool has finally been fixed. Its not the smartest or the best equipped hotel and it is tucked away but its a great location if you don't mind A short walk and its very reasonably priced. Very clean, and polite staff. The kitchen and washer/dryer in room are great, though the kitchen equipment sparse. Maybe more than 2 of everything? 2 spoons, 2 cups, 2 plates, 2 glasses etc.

It's a wonderful location! The building however, is older and needs quite a bit of maintenance work. We had a booking for 16 nights. The first 9 nights, we stayed in an older room - the shower leaked through the wall and there was black mold. We could not take a shower longer than 3-4 minutes as a result or the leak would go through the wall into the bedroom (where we lined towels against the wall). The lock on the door broke as well - so we had to move into another room for the last few nights, which was renovated and much better. We left the hotel 2 nights early and management would not issue a refund for those 2 nights (despite our paying for 14 nights already and Expedia requesting a refund for the 2 nights we would not sleep there on our behalf). Staff of the hotel were very friendly though. I recommend staying here for guests seeking a discounted room who do not expect rooms to be in perfect condition. It's a quiet neighborhood away from the noise of Bukit Bintang and it is walking distance from nice area of KUL. Nice having the washing machine and kitchen area in the suite!

The place is perfect for everything except breakfast, bad in quality and quantity, i do not recommend breakfast there its a little over price, serving items not belongs to breakast only one single shot coffee machine available for all guests, no cheese, very poor items.

Ling at the reception was so kind and very accommodating. We arrived 2hours before the check-in time but he allowed us in with no additional costs. The place is somewhat central and places are within walking distances. Definitely good value for money 😊

I was welcomed back with a lovely smile every time I returned from being out. The Grab rides come to the lobby door incase of rain. The lobby is spacious with plenty of comfortable seating. The restaurant is extremely clean, spacious and although I didn't get a meal I did see others eating and it looked delicious and plentiful. Plenty of fast, clean lifts. The room was ready early so when I arrived it was air conditioned with clean, soft, bedding and towels. The bed was comfortable and four pillows. The flat screen tv was easy to see and big enough. Iron and ironing board in excellent condition. Plenty of power points and free toiletries topped up everyday. Also free tea, coffee, sugar, and the milk powder plus two bottles of water daily. Also you're able to rent an umbrella for 2 ringgits per day or approx AUD 60 cents. The pool is plenty big enough with plenty of seating and fresh towels topped up regularly. The area is also cleaned regularly. The gym had the most magnificent views and again, plenty of equipment and very clean. Checkout was fast and easy. The staff again were attentive and very friendly and respectful. Also, so very cheap for 5 nights. AUD $455. Close to or within 25 mins mins of walking to many things. (Funny thing I witnessed. A man requesting a discount on his stay because the COMPLIMENTARY, FREE, SUPPLIED body wash wasn't up to his standard so he didn't use it i Couldn't recommend the Oasia Suites enough. Amazing from day one yo checkout.
