Poor service management

This is our 2nd experience stay at Arte Plus. But unfortunately, it was bad experience. Firstly, the cleaniness of the apartment was very poor. The kitchen is not properly managed, with dirty tools. Secondly, the facilities in the rooms is cannot occupied (the wordrobe was fall down). Thirdly, after we made a complaint to the management, the male housekeeping attendant was coming into out apartment without knocking the door, simply enter by using their own spare-key. It really dangrous since our kids was around in the living area. It was really unprofessional ethics of work. This time experience is most worst compared our 1st time at Arte Plus on June 2019. Obviously the service management was very poor.

The interior design is pleasant and modern but the cleanliness is not good as the carpet is not well cleaned and i can found hair and too much dust on the carpet.
