The staff was incredible but the air conditioning didn't work in my first room. The walls are very thin and you can hear someone's alarm at any time of the day.

Avoid if possible

The worst experience ever. I booked a room and hotels.com allows the option to pay at the property. However when I turned up the reception rudely told me they gave the room to someone else as I didn’t pay. What nonsense! I’m glad I didn’t stay as I could hear people talking in their rooms even with doors closed and the place doesn’t look very clean
